Pause Collective
A soft place to land as your body moves through perimenopause and menopause.
Pause Collective is something new from Justine Davis Yoga — a series of slow, nourishing workshops for women in perimenopause and menopause.
Yoga, rest, gentle movement, and honest conversation about what's shifting beneath the surface.
There's no fixing here. No pushing. Just space to listen to your body, understand what's changing, and feel supported through it.
This might be for you if lately you're feeling…
-
a little more anxious, or easily overwhelmed by things that never used to bother you
-
tired in a way that sleep doesn't quite touch
-
waking through the night, or lying awake when you'd rather not be
-
foggy, forgetful, not quite like yourself
-
tender, irritable, stretched a bit thin
-
curious about what's changing, and wanting someone to walk you through it
Inside each workshop
Every gathering is designed to feel spacious and kind. Together we'll move through:
-
slow, intuitive yoga and mindful movement
-
restorative shapes to help the body unwind
-
breathwork to settle the nervous system
-
honest conversation about what's happening in our bodies — shared from my own experience, my research, and my menopause-informed yoga training
-
small, practical tools to take home with you
-
quiet moments to reflect, and to reconnect
-
time alongside other women walking the same path
-
The intention is simple: to move what feels stuck, soften what feels tight, and restore what feels depleted.
Why Pause Collective
So many of us arrive at this phase feeling unprepared, under-supported, a bit in the dark about our own bodies. And menopause isn't only physical — it touches sleep, mood, energy, the nervous system, even our sense of who we are. Everything is connected, and everything deserves care.
You don't have to do this on your own.

A note from me
I created Pause Collective because I can feel, in my own body and in the women around me, how much this space is needed. Somewhere to slow down.
Somewhere to be met.
Somewhere to start understanding what's changing — without pressure, without judgement, and without having to have it all figured out.
My hope is that you leave each gathering a little more connected to yourself, and a little more at ease in your body.
With love, Justine x
