Classes

I teach at Yacht Club Yoga in Port Melbourne — a peaceful space overlooking the bay — and share classes that blend mindful movement, breath, and ocean-inspired calm to help you feel grounded, open, and connected.
You might also find me teaching in other beautiful spaces, from wellness studios to seaside events and retreats.

Flow

From Slow and Mellow Flow to Ocean Flow, I teach a Hatha-inspired style that moves with intention and breath. Each sequence is steady and fluid — designed to build strength, open the body, and create space in both movement and mind. Expect gentle waves of challenge balanced with moments of stillness, inviting you to move with ease, awareness, and a sense of calm connection.

Yin

My Yin classes are a slow, soulful practice that weave through the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the changing seasons. I guide you through long, supported shapes that invite stillness, soften the fascia, and restore the body’s natural flow of energy. Each class is a quiet conversation between body, breath, and earth — an invitation to listen deeply and come home to yourself.

Meditation

My guided meditations are gentle journeys inward — moments to slow time and reconnect with presence. Like sand trickling through your hands, each breath becomes a reminder of impermanence, release, and return. Through breath awareness, visualization, and stillness, I guide you to soften the edges of the mind and settle into the quiet rhythm beneath it all — the calm that’s always been there.
