Always a student

I’ll always be a student. Every class I teach, every conversation, every moment on the mat — I learn something new. Yoga has a funny way of showing you what you need to see, just when you need to see it. The more I practice, the more I realise I know so little — and I love that. It keeps me curious, humble, and open. That’s what I love most about yoga… we’re all just learning together.

​After practicing yoga for over 20 years including multiple yoga retreats in different spots all over the world, I did my 200hr YTT with the very amazing legends at Yoke Yoga in Melbourne.
